HOW TO ORDER

Ordering your wholesale fashion jewellery, hair accessories and cosmetics from Aphrodite Fashion couldn't be easier! (Please note our minimum order value is only £30 exclude VAT)

You have several ordering and payment options:

You can bulk order all your fashion jewellery supplies easily using our secure web site. First input quantity you want (must less than or equal to total quantity left), when you finish shopping, click my cart to check out, then follow the online instructions.
When you have completed your order for the first time, you will be asked to complete a Member Application form. Once you have your username and password, you can log in to your personalised account area quickly and easily each time you visit the site.
Orders before 2:00 PM will be dispatched on same day (weekday only) by next day delivery.

If you like specific item, however it is out of stock online, you can use our Pre-Order system. By sending the item code and the quantity of the products you want to us by Email (sales@goaphrodite.com), our customer service will help you finish the rest part of your order. Pre-order will be produced by our factory and will take 2-3 weeks to be ready to be dispatched.

Our factory has the best producing line for costume jewellery that can make products based on samples or design scratch. Logo and bespoke display card are also available on required quantity. You can choose FOB Guangzhou, or choose delivery to your UK address. Shipping fee and import duty are included for door to door delivery price quote.

Orders over £200(Ex. VAT) - Free Delivery UK Mainland

All Other Areas - Postage calculated according to volume and destination

Delivery Times: 1-2 days UK Mainland; 5-10 days other Areas.

If you are trading within the UK, we will need to charge you VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%.

If you are in the EC and are registered for VAT in your country, we will not charge you VAT, provided you can supply us with your registration number.

If you are in the EC but not registered for VAT, we will need to charge you VAT at the UK rate.

If you are outside the EC we will not charge you VAT. Import Duty and tax will be paid by customer if occurs.

Any goods which you believe are defective must be contact with us within 7 days of purchase. Return items need to be in its original card and packaging with copy of invoice. We do not send out replacements. We will hold a credit against your next order on receipt of your goods which we agree are defective through faulty workmanship. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Returns are sent at your own expense. Discolouration in costume jewellery will occur in time depending on use and environment in which they are worn or kept. We are unable to accept any goods which have been worn or discoloured.
